THE PRE-VISIT
Our journey together begins well before your official appointment.
Once you have scheduled your first appointment, keep an eye on your email! I will send you a warm welcome that will include your Pre-Visit Consultation Form.

Your online consultation is the first step in helping me deliver the results that you’re looking for. It is a clear way for us both to communicate as well as set manageable expectations for your appointment(s). Beautiful hair is what I strive for but hair health and integrity will always be my number one priority. This form is only requested to be filled out for your initial booking.

The Lounge
The day of your appointment you will pull up to the cutest little salon this side of the Twin Cities!
You'll know you have the right spot when you see the big "My Salon Suites" sign out front. There is tons of free parking right in front of the building. I ask that you plan to arrive about 5 minutes early so you have plenty of time to acquaint yourself with your new hair home.
When you arrive, I’ll personally greet you at the front door, walk you through our secure entry process, and show you to my suite!

You can unwind knowing that your comfort and safety are my top priorities. I meticulously clean and disinfect the space between each guest, ensuring everything is fresh and ready for you. I schedule only one guest at a time, so you’ll always have my full attention to create a truly personalized experience.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
THE CONSULTATION
Be prepared to be asked a lot of questions during your first visit consultation.
When you arrive at The Lounge, we’ll kick things off with a 15-minute consultation. This is a crucial part of your appointment, where we’ll chat about your hair history, goals, likes, dislikes, struggles, and budget. We’ll dive into your hair dreams (and worst nightmares!) and go over some inspo photos to get a clear picture of what you love and don’t love.
Once we’re on the same page, I’ll walk you through what’s possible, our plan for today and the future, how much maintenance the look will need, and tips for styling and caring for your new hair at home.
